As the CSM you will be just a figurehead on which all the blame will be Pinned whenever there is a churn risk. Dept Managers will push you under the bus whenever they are under question. My Honest feedback to anyone who is applying for this position is to have a proper conversation with yourselves that If you like to sacrifice your peace of mind for fake accolades then you must join, otherwise please go for better options.

Nothing as such. They are not even trying to focus on important things like making the Product better. They have completely discarded the well know concept of Product Led Growth. They are just trying to market their product in such a way so that a bigger player can acquire them soon so that these founders can create the ROI for their investors and themselves and run away.

Dislikes

1. No proper processes to begin with. 2. Sales team just fight with internal teams like Post Sales and Operations to deliver the over promises which sales person made to the client. 3. Product doesn't provide value and at every Business Review Meeting CSMs have to get on their knees and beg the client not cancel the contract. 4. HR team acts like a puppet. 5. CSM Team Manager behaves like a hotshot but in reality he just gaslights his team members. Plus I believe he himself doesn't know how product works so there is no point working under a person who is operating on Half Knowledge.

There is no KRA defined and major blame game keeps going on over here. Managers are very toxic with minimal product knowledge. They stretch you out thin and have very unrealistic expectations from any employee. They are putting on a fake show to show that the employees have a work life balance. Which in reality is not the case. This company comes up with new rules whenever it's time to reward you. The tactics are very manipulative. Many smart people have left the organisation already and few will quit in sometime. The AM team head is a joke, no value add. The founders will do anything to keep the deal but improve the product.

Convin îs another covid company failing to let investors recover investments and loans Salaries nt credit on time Also, HR and founder behave pretty badly with candidates who are experienced and have the spark to do well in the assessment , I was shocked when I was in the hiring panel , they gave cunning knacks to not only fire people from my team but also to practice personal bias in hiirng Founder from IIT Delhi is corrupt and not trust worthy , even investors are after him now He asks everyone to be in the office while hiring he too should show in the office, shameless scammer
