If u perform well u can expect 100 % salary hike which no other company does anywhere In the world...their infra is excellent huge organization with 500+ employees...salaries and incentives are best

There are multiple factors that keeps me motivating to work at conviction hr First is obviously salary hikes we get quarterly and secondly this company is very employee centric if we compare to other consulting firms

I've completed 11months here but till now there's not a single reason to hate anyone here

...s an introvert fresher and pass out as the desirable employee in the industry. There are no complaints regarding the office politics and salary. When in pandemic everyone was struggling with job unsuitability, we secured our future in Conviction Hr. I recommend conviction hr to fresher as well as to experience candidates. In Conviction Hr we do not work as conviction employee we work as conviction family :)

The only draw back is you will not go home on time because you will make so many new friends over here that you would not want to leave :)

I have had the best and worst experience of my life at same time. Conviction as an organization is best place to work but it is my bad luck that i have worked under such management where there is so much politics, favouritism and inequality. Your voice is not not allowed to reach to the higher management. It is very difficult to work under such partiality and inequality but you can only work peacefully if you are management's favorite or don't come under the eyes of favorite of the management. It is very shocking and disrespecting that there ex employees are not allowed to come to their offices according to them it will ruin the image of the company. Rest I had best time with Conviction HR
