I guess compared to the previous company I’ve work with,Convergys Cebu has less over confident and entitled leaders and workmates.

Dislikes

The compensation and pay increase. Also,leaders way of retaining their employees;they give false expectation.

Likes

Convergys has been a huge part in my development as an employee. The workshops I appreciate the most are ELM, SYF TTT and the Trainer Academy. After becoming a Core Trainer, I didnt have a lot of options to get promoted. My supervisor is very understanding whenever I file for Vacation Leaves. I will never forget how Convergys helped my family and I when our place was hit by Typhoon Haiyan. I felt their genuine concern and I received a lot of help from different people from different departments. My Co-Trainers taught me a lot of life lessons and knowledge that I will forever bring in my journey.

Dislikes

The clause “Business Needs” in the contract. It defeats the importance of freedom to make decisions. Coaching is not done on a regular basis. You have to ask for it for you to be able to know your performance for the month. Lacks Dev plan for trainer.

In Convergys "D&B" this is the worst BPO company in my life which i had to work with dictators. It is not an MNC company because they do not fallow MNC rules, we can simply say it is a child labor jail which is monitored by dictators.

The worst company in my life.
