It is a palace to learn on Microsoft platform a lots of new technologies and the fixation of each problem very wisely convergy has the best practical labs and live environment . So here if any challenges comes you will be able to solve it out. Best training for Microsoft process like EPS active directory etc.

I was there really a wonderful on job training but can't work her with consistency as parameters are really hard for human as in a lot of work pressure unnecessary..This is not that an individual expect if they want to be in the organization for long.

Good infrastructure. Good crowd. Polished training team

Dislikes

Quality department in AT & T noc had poor incentive earning opportunity. Policies were over strict with a lot of work pressure on quality associates. Poor incentives, lots of struggle to achieve a bare minimum amount of incentives. Norms were very tough for internal job promotions. For every other thing they used to issue corrective action plans, that too to people who were not among their favorites. Very Biased approach towards quality associates who were internally promoted as qa's, keeping them away from action plans which were issued to people who were externally hired. 10 hours working was terrible. Quality manager was very sarcastic. Used to pass sarcastic remarks on people openly on the floor, even in the washrooms when he would come accross male quality associates.
