My first and was like the best school for corporate world prep for any beginner. 2008-2009 batch in Microsoft support has made me a polished person in communication, self development and professional development. Technology is unlimited and I found mentors like Dumbledore of Harry Potter, who let you explore, make mistakes and have you rise stronger from ur experience that helps till date.

...oice of crowd is very important. Today's batch isn't that good as it was before. It become more of mere building full of robots who are scripted to do their job, take the salary and be done.

...ple are really helpful and do understand that home is also as important as work. The only issue can be the salary. There can be lot of deductions which we don't expect. And sometimes the work load get over the head.

Recruitment is done on basis of our salary only not perks, so requesting candidates to confirm perks first as some PROCESS might you less than your previous CTC INCLUDING PERKS

On time salary and WFH option still going on which is a big plus as the world is moving towards it.

Hike is very less infact meagre hike less scope for career growth or skill developement is non existant

Transport was ofcourse number 1. I loved environment and culture. Policies are people friendly. I loved those 5 years i have spent with Convergys overall.

Salary structure is not satisfactory. Take this feedback from everyone and this is true. At the end everyone works for salary.
