-No work life balance. -Poor policy for Women safety. -No cab facility/ 1 way cab facility, that’s also paid. -No consideration for women safety, they’ll call you recklessly in office even in night. -Job satisfaction- would rate in negative(they’ll give you L1 level work and hire you for L3.) Gadha majduri is the word for them. - they’ll desperately want you to join because nobody stays there because of their pathetic work culture. - pro tip- look for other opportunity.

Good environment, good work culture with many good people who are always ready to help people. It's more of a family than company. Enjoy and have a great experience

System in terms of promotion circle. All apprentice not regularised after completion of their terms with good rates and hardwork
