...ews are fake done by company only. They are taking side only of Design manager . Management also not good they cut money from salary anytime . Inhand is salary is different . Not give confirmation on time. Design manager and Owner all make work extra time till 7.30 everyday . Then will not give leave if wanted. Manager is giving only data entry work to designer and give good work to employee he like. Management only listen madam in account not Employee . Purchase guy also bully other workers. All work design copy china. No Engineering real.

...hich is mentioned in comments.. Anyways My experience was completely opposite... Company provides actually very good and healthy work culture, salary on time, good recognition to DESERVING employees... If you work dedicatedly then you need not to worry about anything...

... oriented. -Offers for rejoining...(but who will rejoin) -Celebrate festivals...(but those cost will be deducted from your leaves balance , salarycut policy , extra sitting hours)

...d to employees are for 18 hours...means your 18 hrs of the day are their only. -HR systemHere they continously revise and apply employee salary cut policy every year. -If you want to join...please join before 15th of any month bcoz if you joined after 15th , your that month salary will be credited in 2nd month from joining....crazy. -Need to work there for long hours....from 9.30 am to midnight 2...3...am....some times 4...5.am. without any paid overtime. -If you discuss these crazy policy within staff, you will be fired. -Employee would not be paid in advance for any travel for company work...you have to pay from your pocket and these expenses will be paid...in..next month salary which again depends on management mood.( whatever amont...you have to pay from your pocket...their excusses are like we credited the salary..use of them) -
