Won't comment about other departments of the organization and will share the review for the growth and impact team. - work culture is terrible - seniormost leader is into micromanagement - the leader won't give a second thought before blaming you even if things went haywire coz of him - Initially, the way things will be narrated to you about the company culture and work, you will be mesmerized and you will feel that you are one fortunate person to have bagged the job. Such is the power of the oratory skills of the leader. You call fall a prey to it. - When time passes by, you will be able to see the real side of it. - Autonomy is only for "namesake", your opinions will hardly be valued. - If the leader's frequency does match with you, a situation will be created that you will have no other option but resign and leave. - Harsh words and Rude behaviour. - No employee engagement. - The profile of a program manager is nothing less than a sales professional. - High attrition rates.

You would love the culture as it totally helps you grow and nurture your skills. During Appraisals, you would get what you deserver and hard work always paid off in CG! . It is a remote working org since covid, so that's the cherry on the top.

You will be treated as family member, Whichever department you will join you will be getting sufficient training, Job security depends upon your work, learning is seasonal, work environment is good

I have worked for 2 Years and what I felt wrong is this Year they didn't do my appraisal and even shifted me to another department as they didn't know where to put me. This is main thing I felt wrong
