Nothing to like in convegenius.

Dislikes

Very bad behaviour of upper level employees, they suddenly give task and not given time to complete it. They don't understand the ground reality, only wants timely completion. They don't provide any study material or training for employees. Always show you are labour and we are boss.

Absolutely nothing except WFO and flexible timing

Dislikes

So many dislikes. Let me list them- They will terminate your contract at any point in time without prior notice i.e. No job security. They will make you work for long hours (even more than 12 hours) My manager, Shivi Gupta, knows nothing about management; all she knows is shouting at employees and pressuring them to work, work, and only work. They won't provide any holiday except Sunday. You will find yourself working even on festivals. They will promise something else in the interview and you will find complete different things when you join the company.

You would love the culture as it totally helps you grow and nurture your skills. During Appraisals, you would get what you deserver and hard work always paid off in CG! . It is a remote working org since covid, so that's the cherry on the top.

You will be treated as family member, Whichever department you will join you will be getting sufficient training, Job security depends upon your work, learning is seasonal, work environment is good

I have worked for 2 Years and what I felt wrong is this Year they didn't do my appraisal and even shifted me to another department as they didn't know where to put me. This is main thing I felt wrong
