Continuum B.P.O salaries in India

...od,but as we are working there there most be some job security and after 1 year there should be increment in salary so that agent would be prefer to work for long term.

Dislikes

There is no growth in continuum in salary and option in my view and one thing more if we apply for loans and all bank says company is not listed so we have to struggle for that also..please these point would be consider seriously.

They fire more then 250 people and give reason of corona issue but in july. When all over India lockdown is open. There managers are also very rude and unprofessional they abusing people because agent is delay is given system.

Dislikes

HR head and managers because there management is worst management I seen there.
