Dislikes

No work-life balance, fake promises by managagement, no incentives for sales, salary mostly not on time, have to write email with reason to get a payslip for the salary. No encouragement for getting new clients, horrible infrastructure, no toilet papers or hand wash available in washrooms, the owner of the company will torture everyone everyday after office for minimum 20 to 30 minutes. You go to office late salary gets deducted by half day. No paid leaves for the year and salary deducted for taking leaves. Didn't give work from home option during COVID19 crisis which could have been given and also no salary during this time. If you ask for resignation no releaving letter will be provided.

Initially it was all good but after few weeks I came to know that from 2017, till date the ratio of employees leaving the organization is 95%, which was shocking and fact, Later I found the root cause of it which was the CEO and the So called Operation Manager who convey things in Cambridge English😂.

Never be a victim, They may pay more to make candidates join but fact is you will suffer for it later.
