Dislikes

There is no proper system in place for third-party employees in our organization, particularly regarding manpower management. Business travelers often do not receive their daily allowances, and there is no established structure for salary hikes. Additionally, the leave policies are less favorable compared to those for regular employees, and the overall working culture is not conducive to employee satisfaction.no work from options for third party employees. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
