Team mates are very good apart from Managers or reporting persons, I had worked for 3 years for same organization, they never sent me a single training, carrier growth is worst, people are working in same organization from last 15 years or 10 years still they are in same position, no Carrier growth at all, I made a high mistake to choosed to joined in this company, I seen manager were changing often

Dislikes

I don't like any thing in organization, overall experience is very bad
