Timely payment without any failure even when the company was closed due to pollution issues

No increment since years and incentives are deducted from your salary but no guarantee that they will pay u back that amount

From a chemical engineer point of view there are unlimited opportunities to learn especially for a fresher who lacks in practical knowledge of process and equipments at the start of his career.
