One of the best cultures that I have ever seen in a company. Flexi timing helps a lot. Hybrid work culture. Lots of opportunities to grow. Friendly environment.

I'm working from home and this has been a good opportunity for me to learn a lot of new things and prefect my skills. The company works very systematically but at the same time, it isn't too formal which makes things easier. Moreover, there was a training session before starting the job which aided in getting familiar with a lot of things.

...itors are rude, but you can't blame them because they're extremely overworked. Salary is almost always late, and the pay is really low.

Can I just say "NOTHING".......because it is the truth.

1. No respect for the Writers by the Editors. The Editors misbehaved with me. I never had a problem with her telling me the flaws in the writing but commenting on me about my ethics is unacceptable in a workplace. I was assigned an editor who is with the firm for a long time. It is so funny and weird to see that they hire people who are completely incompetent and do not show any signs of maturity and sensibility. Her communication skills are in negative. 2. Even when you report incidents to the full-time employees who may have assigned you the project and inducted you, they will not pay attention as soon as possible to such cases of mental harassments. It took them two days to even reply me, let alone talk. 3. A suggestion- Get a stand-alone HR department with efficient executives who can handle these grievances in a right way. 4. I had to terminate my contract in a matter of two weeks because I saw the petty, incompetent editors with such poor communication skills and executives. 5. A suggestion for such editors- KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU HAVE A JOB BECAUSE THE WRITERS WITH WHOM YOU MISBEHAVE, WRITE AND THEN YOU EDIT. SHOW RESPECT TO THE WRITERS WHO GIVE YOU WORK RATHER BEING TYRANNICAL AND BOSSY FOR NO REASON. In today's world, Writers can write and directly post their material. They have the sense of a good material. Yet if a writer refers an editor, kindly be respectful to them. The vision of the company is good but with "such" people as freelancers or even, full-time employees, they will never prosper.
