Internal politics, some toxicity because of it. Same kind of projects gets stale and boring. No flexibility in work timings. Some micromanagement and constant changing of rules by lead.

- Worst work culture - Very poor management - Micromanagement at every step - Social media stalking is one of the biggest threats - Management is least bothered about what is happening in the teams - Worst leadership ever - Managers practice favoritism openly - Completely biased outlook - No growth opportunity, no independence or ownership of work - Absolute humiliation at every step due to biased attitude of manager - Senior management is a puppet in the hands of the manager, paying no attention to the well being of employees - The most inefficient HR team that operates manually The list is endless!!
