Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. ...eer. The company has excellent working space. Company policies are satisfactory. Drawback is they never gives salary on time. Do not have employee benefits like medical insurance, bonus etc. Job security is terrible there.

Dislikes

Salary issues are the major thing that consyst needs to work on. You get the opportunity to grow your career but growth is not only the thing, for survival you need money.

Rural location with poor road conditions. it is the only negative aspect of this firm that I can mention.

-Great place for exploring latest technologies, exposure into multiple areas including IIoT, Cyber security and so on. - Superb infrastructure and facilities.

Dislikes

Have to involve on multiple projects at the same time which is great, but sometimes tiring.

The pre-sales team model is very well organised, which ensured timely technical support from the estimation team to front-end sales engineers. The project mix includes the latest IIoT Projects and Control systems jobs, which helped me to learn and work with the latest technologies. Saturday and Sunday are off days.
