Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company is good always due to its employees and management. Fortunately, the management of CEG is the best. The structure team and Highways team is also very good handling Detailed Engineering projects. Work life balance is good here. Out of way efforts are appreciated well. Working and learning experience is really appreciable. A highly recommended company for highway engineers.

Dislikes

They negotiate salary a lot for no reason while hiring. Else everything is awesome here. A highly recommended company for Highways engineers.

No promotion to eligible employees, experienced employees not get sufficient salary package and eligible post and not respond regarding this

After resignation HR management hold salary upto completion of notice period & full final settlement only one this drawback which I observed

I would like to say that Till yet ceg is good company. Their Hr response timely and they credit salary on 15th of month.

Dislikes

It is increment policy is very bad they increment 1500 rupees only in a one year.

Other staff is good except for hr department

Dislikes

No employee welfar, poor management, very less growth, no job security. My salary was deducted in January without having any reason and even raising complaint and taking follow-up it take 8 months to get that deducted salary. HR don't pick calls and company policies are terrible.
