In Consultancy the problem areas are well identified and spell out. This helps the team to consolidate various issues at the optimum level. Every team mate get opportunity to involve with and bring in new ideas available. Self motivated team leader brings in encouraging team work involving every participants to contribute to the best of their abilities and complete the assignment much better than what the management thought of at a challenging time frame thus earning higher incentive.

Dislikes

Consultancy basically is like a project. Once the clock starts it is better to finish it at the earliest possible. This has many advantages since it arrests the cost and time over run while at the same time the management also feels the seriousness that the consultants put upon on their work. This however may result stretching ones time and loosing holidays and off days. While some who focus on the project completion likes it those who work on time based manner dislikes.

The company is giving good opportunities to the employee. We will get good job securities. We have good security for women employees. and we can extra benefits like medical insurance and special claim benefits.

Dislikes

The cafeteria is not good in my branch. We won't get hygiene food.And the work ambience will not be good. And the cab facilities also will be very poor.
