There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new Jones.

Lifting bricks, sand, mixing sand and cement ,and many more I like it because I work there but in the end it's not my choice

The Way of Seeking and admiring Knowledge and working in a Construction group is a very hard job, still it will give you much more than you expect and to do work in smart way make You more Sensible.
