Salary payout is too less, fake promises are made during joining a lot of work need to extend working hours need to travel to others store if man power is short also target is to high

The company was great a few years back as it started to grow the management and culture of the company started focusing only on revenue and treat their employees badly

Present management and they have a Retail Audit team who thinks they are CBI officers and see everyone as thieves

Hi sir ... Why i relieved this company... My manager doing politics... I rised complain to.. cluster manager.and autid grop no once can take proper action ...if i share issue about manager Mistry audit team share with that manager .... So only i put paper ... Kindly take proper action...

0% life growth and work/life balance .no respect for education talented.full of influence and politics.Full head weighted manager TN1 saravanan using abusive and genre of language.acting so good in-front of BH and FH and SH but speaking very dirty and rubbish on employees and service executives on service centre.need to be corrected.many Sr Tech and Team Leads effected so far. Only thing is i heard owner is good hearted.Thank you MD Mr RR sir

The cluster manager Mr Saravanan acting so good infront of other Heads.(FH SH BH).But speaking very bad words in his own genre of language.it has to be corrected immediately.Many Sr Technicians are effected by him.Speaking rubbish words about the family and all in front of colleages.its horrible and irritating.That has to be corrected but i love my organization and work.
