The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.l love the fact that I am a part of a team that high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially to Doha Qatar. We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. I have to attend client calls evening and some time to night. Senior floks like me have to guide them them step by step

Dont Support the People. ( if some one is Active ,,He know everything about the work,No one there have Supported by the Senior). Not increased Salary . If increased after 5 years 1 Rayial. If some one Support, (doesn't matter they have knowledge have the job. His trade change 8 months 10 months,and also salary increase. ) This is my personal experience.

Friday weekly off Air in desert is polluted with gas No pure water in camp We have to boy mineral water for use No cable connection in room No telephone connection 45% Allowance for Arabic people only Medical expenses had to be claimed
