Dislikes

This company is a sham with full of primadonnas haveing too high ego to manage. This is certainly not a good company to work and the motivation and recognition in this company is zilch. The founders are surrounded and overpowered by certain flatterers and everything is twisted in front of them. Many people suffered because of lack of support and guidance in work.

Nothing to like here. Save your career and avoid this organisation at any cost. Only two kinds of people join this place. Once who are at the bottom of the talent pool or the retired sediments who are just looking to waste time

Dislikes

This place is filled with people who would just nod their heads and join in on the mysogynist comments of the directors, just to keep their jobs safe, killing work ethic and professionalism. Stay away from this sham of a place with no proper projects that would help anyone's career. In simple terms they would stoop to any low for any unethical requirements to get 10 pence. It's just a retirement home to people who are at the end of their careers and talentless employees who are freeloaders dependant on a couple of capable people.

As a newcomer, I get a lot of exposure at Consocia Advisory. I am guided by a very experienced person who helps me improve my work skills and gets me ready to tackle everyday challenges positively.

Likes

Easy environment, friendly, conducive to working as support & help is readily available. Also about 50% of workforce are women, many in leadership roles. Flexibility is good. Easy to learn new areas & get exposure.

Dislikes

Need to increase cross functional work, & inputs.
