This company is a sham with full of primadonnas haveing too high ego to manage. This is certainly not a good company to work and the motivation and recognition in this company is zilch. The founders are surrounded and overpowered by certain flatterers and everything is twisted in front of them. Many people suffered because of lack of support and guidance in work.

Nothing to like here. Save your career and avoid this organisation at any cost. Only two kinds of people join this place. Once who are at the bottom of the talent pool or the retired sediments who are just looking to waste time

This place is filled with people who would just nod their heads and join in on the mysogynist comments of the directors, just to keep their jobs safe, killing work ethic and professionalism. Stay away from this sham of a place with no proper projects that would help anyone's career. In simple terms they would stoop to any low for any unethical requirements to get 10 pence. Easy environment, friendly, conducive to working as support & help is readily available. Also about 50% of workforce are women, many in leadership roles. Flexibility is good. Easy to learn new areas & get exposure.

I started as a manager at Consocia and in my latest capacity, was the Associate Director of research. Consocia has helped me grow in my professional journey with multifaceted growth and mentored development. Great place for work, fun and all-round progress

Not much. It's a start-up that's maturing well. So minor process improvements as a part of scaling up like tech-adoption etc. can be more aggressive.
