This company is a sham with full of primadonnas haveing too high ego to manage. This is certainly not a good company to work and the motivation and recognition in this company is zilch. The founders are surrounded and overpowered by certain flatterers and everything is twisted in front of them. Many people suffered because of lack of support and guidance in work.

Nothing to like here. Save your career and avoid this organisation at any cost. Only two kinds of people join this place. Once who are at the bottom of the talent pool or the retired sediments who are just looking to waste time

Dislikes

This place is filled with people who would just nod their heads and join in on the mysogynist comments of the directors, just to keep their jobs safe, killing work ethic and professionalism. Stay away from this sham of a place with no proper projects that would help anyone's career. In simple terms they would stoop to any low for any unethical requirements to get 10 pence. Consocia is a place where I honed my strategic thinking and advisory skills. The leadership at Consocia motivated me to lead mandates with large corporates and public sector institutions. The work culture is diverse and inclusive, enabling a safe space for collaboration among peers. And not to forget, team catch-ups were extremely fun and worth participating in!

Dislikes

Given the immersive and impact driven work being done at Consocia, I don’t think there’s a downside to working at the firm. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Consocia as i was mentored by experienced and seasoned professionals.
