...rget about PTO leaves and comp. Off 3. Rarely mandate leave can be available 4. Third grade salary structure, only bucket keeper gets the best market value 5. Holding off bigger opportunities. I.e., if you try to appear for any good opportunities or any interview, consilio's management will get involved and cancelled your interview. 6. No Gender equality 7. No respect in work 8. Discouraging juniors by the senior management 9. Only bucket keeper will get outside opportunities 10. Toxic environment, people taunts everywhere. They will make life hell. Note: If you really want to learn more then better try in startups rather than here. Here people will spoil your entire career and life.

They hire many of their employees on third party pay roll as a contractor. At the time of hiring they said that they will permanent us. However, I’ve completed 1.5 years with this organisation they neither give employee’s tag nor benefits like employees. Although, I personally like the organisation and work environment. Just only demerit is that, they only hire people as a contractor.

Dislikes

They hire people on contract basis and never make them employees. So that contractor did not enjoy the company’s perks and leaves policy.

...s excellent. Moderate work pressure. The best thing is employee rehiring scheme. Compensation and benefits are incredibly good.

Work life balance is decent but growth is slow. Favoritism destroy the entire good things here. No recognition of hard and smart work all counts equal at time of appraisal. No one is willing to teach and give opportunities to new one.

They will hire you from 3rd party and make your work for years with 3rd party only in bare minimum salary and they will fire you whenever they want after 2-3 years also saying your performance is not up to mark. they only employee who entertains managers they will only get permanent position. Only cons is there !!

they will make your life hell. there is a manager named bhupender singh. he is master of micro management. by being in his team you will learn about politics and can apply for ministry. No work life balance. I can write too many things but dont even want to think about this dirty manager and this organization. At last I can only say stay safe ..... NEVER JOIN CONSILIO INDIA ......
