HR not responsible Anytime your salary can hold by the EP hr & ops if they feel that you will be left the organisation or not able to do certification PMI deduction from salary If your ctc is ex. 100 rs then your in hand salary will be 60 rs. , unnecessary deduction of insurance amount without informing you Graduaty amount will deduct from salary Anytime process can rampdown, No job Security Only buttering of your bosses is the key of success in this company If you are in touch with super bosses then no need to come office and you will get full salary, anytime you can take halfday If you and any your relatives in touch with super bosses you will higher without interview, youc can take any process movements and any type of permotions.

The career growth and learning skills are good as all are given enough chance. Security is good.

Salary and appraisal hike is not good enough. Parking facility is not good. And company should hire good employees who adhere the company rules and policies ( related to dress code)

...ups but nothing happens. Hence finally u are left with no option but to resign. So never ever trust on your managers here if they say they will promote you your salary will get increased.nothigs gonna happen.
