...s no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary. So, friends, if you're considering joining this company, please talk to the employees who were there before you. And if possible, avoid joining this company altogether...

The management and HR is not good for anyone, the do not talk good the do not provide salary and bank change information if you want you will change your salary bank account the ask you your bank NOC and if you asked why the give you answer it company policy if you has taken lone and you not pay so bank contact to company thas why we want Bank NOC and also you have time period in company 6 months and HR they do not have any kind of information if you asking they give you answer anything I worked one year 6 months is very good but after 6 months they give you very bad treatment as salary part give you 2 part fist is 1 to 3 days and second part they give you after 15 days and you asked they give you answer it not our hand the salary second part government party fi the release after creadit your bank we can't do this company is good but management and policy very bad and I have tell you one more thing the have portel if you have any issues for any person no matter what designation they have the give you it some kind information you raise your concern but actually if you have really raises any issues the block your account and HR or manager tell you without any informa your TL do not raise any issues....

There was a problem in my salary and I talked to the company head but I did not get any resolution.I worked full time with full hard work but I got credit for salary part time and I could not find any solution on that Noida Sector-62 brance IPPB PROCESS i worked in ipp process in q-connect.my employees id was 294703. I was selected there on 6 December 2021 for Punjabi language After that I did part time work according to the company After that I converted full time in August After that I worked full time till 17th November. And After August my salary was getting part-time credit. I spoke to my supervisor, he said that he has mailed, will be done, but I did not get any resolution. After that I talked to M sir then talked to Pawan sir then talked to Varun sir he said Process ram down on 17th november and after 45 days your full salary will comeI worked full time till 17th November and worked with full honesty what is my fault in this.I also did 4000 overtime. I met with an accident a few days after that and the doctor told me to take 40 days of bed rest.I was very upset, all I want is that please check my salary which has come down and give me my complete salary Because the company is very good, the review of the company will be bad.Mam please check once and give me feedback

No future in Q connect...... salary cut every month without reason....work load over h dusri company se jayda ..no bouns .....diwali ka bouns or gift tak nhi deti company..... very very bad experience.....dusri koi jab nhi lag rahi corona ki wajah se ishliye kar raha hoon yahan

...leave informing that they do not need them now, how disgusting is the culture. Apart from that, they will offer you a handsome salary but when it credits, it's just a few pennies. When HR is questioned for the same, they will inform you that it's the policy here and will ask you to leave if you don't agree to the policies. From outside, the hierarchy pattern feels very mesmerizing and every alive person will feel that the hierarchy will help to get the errors reduced, but NO, this is exactly where you thought wrong. Hierarchy is just meant to make you run from this desk to that desk, solution is nowhere. (Very similar to services of SBI). No health benefits, you will be compelled to come to office even if the complete office is Corona positive. Managers and other officials will fo Work From Home saying that no WFH is getting approved for employees. Basically, my experience has been worst here.

... come office on festival days luring u with double pay but all u get is nothing. No cab services, Permanent WFO, Non-adequate systems, Non-hygienic floors, False salary display on offer letters, More work pressure, Lost personal life, 12-14 hrs of shift
