Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to like but you can enjoy to see people other than finance

Dislikes

...w for late seatings and HR will not available in interview and here is a glitch. Old finance employee just booking the invoices & taking salary more than CA's. so that's why these people never want to retain new employees. They wants 6 months for training & 6 months for firing.

Work and life not balance always ready bag pack because is transfer one city to other city if your source you work near home location and home city reasturent Agar aap ka koi chanewala nahe hai to to your work location always 200 to 300 kilo.meter away from your home .work pressure high always ready to listen boss ke baat .

Never ever join this company in finance. Its a big trouble for you, they will treat you like slave and after some time they will pressure you to leave the company. CAPEX IS ONE OF THE WORST PART OF CPRL. 12 employee leave within a year. The people who seated there from last 15 years and also from last 5 years is very bad mentality. Too much late sitting they will forced fully asked you to work till 10 pm to 11 pm from morning 10.30. it's one of the very very worst place.
