The Worst Experience In Congruent Solutions. I Joined On March 2024. Don't Go There. They Will Selected You. After Selecting The Employees. 3stages Of Exam Is There. If Training Session Was Over In End Of The Week. Every Week Exam Will Be Conducted. In you Writing In your Exam Hall. One Senior Will Come Tell You Need to Write Exactly What did you see in Your Excel. You Fail In 1st Stage. Manager Will Give you 1st Warning. If you Fail In 2nd Stage You Need To Handover the I'd Card & Move On To Another Company. Worst Hr's If You Fail In your Exam, Managers & Trainers Will Not Treat You Well. If Your Any Queries You Need to Speak With Your HR. Hr Will Not Treat You Well, Horrible One Was Hr's Didn't Give Respect To Employee. In Training Session Was Completely School Vibes. If You Fail 1st Stage They will not treat you well. Horrible Experience Don't choose this company they Spoil your Career.

One of the worst company I ever worked i worked the team called pentegra please terminate all the cringe employee reshuffle with mature employees they think they are only having entire knowledge of retirement process not even IRS also useless.

On Spot Termination , Sweet Coated Words and Fake Promise for employees. No Power For HR Department . HR department in this Company works for only Recruitment. No clear Information and Prior Intimation. Ready to Leave Tomorrow Suits the Company. This Company Has no Concern about its Employees.
