... culture, HR duty was to provide document, 0 power to HR, 100% politics culture. They do not pay salary as per market standard. You have to submit your phone into the locker. In break times phone is allowed. Worst culture. Management don't know how to run a company, they even dont treat their employees properly. Toxic environment, Even your privacy will be no secure, company management send some guys behind you, where are you doing, what you do, especially for girls, there is no privacy ,when , where whom you Meet, then talks started in company

...ut day after sending online timesheet and ofline timesheet and task list also. they expect employees to work at low salary an expect more work. company's clients are more on bookeeping than actual accounting work. Company provides increment in one digit and expects to sign a bond in return of 1 year and 2 months notice period, If employee do not sign bond they are treated badly increment is taken back and employees clients are also taken and only bookkeeping and data entry jobs are given. When we refuse to sign bond manager turns out angry and asks us to search for new job and the tone he speaks is very bad looks like he is coming from very low class.When we search a new job and we send resign email they do not reply us properly regarding confirmation of notice period. If we dont sign a bond we need to give 3 mnths blank a/c payee check. Still company deducts certain amount from salary when we are in notice period even if we are ready to serve notice period of 3 months as per company policy. They do not provide salary slips everytime we need to email HR 3-4 times for the same and HR asks Manager to create it and send it. You cant talk amongst yourselves they say work is hindered even in break hours. HR team has no powers they just seem like call center employees calling every time to get candidates as people are not ready to come here to work. Work culture is very bad

...oper management. Lot of Politics. HR has no own rights to manage the employees. You will not get salary slip on time or every month. No growth opportunities. Win Lose situation- Win for company and Lose for employees. Bond Policy. Their employee turnover ratio is not good.

Good work life balance in F&A

Dislikes

Culture is not much good You never have a stable client. You will be continuously switching from one client to another saying that you will learn something but all you will be ever learning is copy paste guessing games and softwares and not the core accounting things. Lot of employees were fired without any reason because they are hiring aimlessly. They don't allow phones in office which doesn't really make any sense.
