Conduent has a great work environment. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. Work-life balance is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary, increment and appraisals are not according to current market standards. The salaries are very low and do not have yearly increments. The company has many skill development initiatives, but the actual learning happens through better projects. That is missing. Earlier there used to be great, challenging projects in the company, but currently, no new projects are coming up. Conduent should invest in good projects so that the employees find the work challenging and improve their skills in that process. And should improve on the compensation and benefits given to their employees.

Work-Life Balance and Work from Home are the only good things.

Dislikes

Very poor salary, no recognitions for long-term serving employees. Management does not try to retain talents but is ready to pay double the amount to replace an existing resource. Irrelevant expectations for a given position. You should involve in everything is a kind of attitude from the management. so you cannot focus on your strong area. If you market yourself more than what you do, you get a promotion and if you do not, even if you have contributed a lot, you are outdated and have no promotion. Very old schooling and British rule.

- No salary hike. - No carrier growth. Don't have much projects. - Management put lot of pressure on resources. - Attrition rate is very high due to no growth. - Management can call you anytime for work. (Late night, early morning, holidays, weekend) - When I joined a product development team was built with around 25 resources. After 2.5 years now only 2 resources are left. Even Manager left the company. - Right now in team only recently joined members are there and Max work is been outsourced. - I will suggest if you have any other offer in hand then don't join Conduent. You will be stuck to the same salary, only option for hike will be job switch.

1. There is no skill development 2. Compensation is very bad, they won't recognize whoever is really working and contribute to the company. Instead, they will give a certain fixed percentage to everyone after appraisal. 3. Work satisfaction is also very bad, instead of adding new technologies to your profile, you have to work on very old technologies 4. The recruitment team is the worst 5. Management is completely clueless, negligent, careless, don't know where to go, no roadmap for future 6. All clients are closing accounts, no new clients adding because of management poor decessions and less clarity on the future roadmap 7. Internal politics, In case of firing, they fire good talents so that they can save their own people which is very bad
