...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ikes or promotions.. It's all depends on how ur manager begs with their bosses.. If the managers are not ready to beg with their managers there is no hike or promotion for the team. They do NOT work with you if you go to school.... In fact they actively changed a policy in the middle of the term telling every single student they now were required to work full time even if they had prior approval on their school schedule They also refuse to send an employee handbook for us to read but try to hold us accountable to everything in the handbook without actually giving us any time to read it They regularly force people to sign things that they haven't read They regularly ask people to perform work related tasks off the clock, when consulting department of wages and labor, confirmed this is illegal for non exempt employees They don't provide any advisor support Their IT team takes 45+ minutes to get in touch with and get refuse to pay you for the time you are waiting to speak to them They do not let you pick up hours or check your schedule at any time that you aren't actively scheduled... Even if you are absent on the day that schedules are released... So yes, they intentionally cause no call no shows and treat the employee as if it's their issue They have been promising us access to our schedules off the clock for a year and that feature is still broken and management (lewis Strickland and Athena) have basically said it's not their problem They l raised the expectation for every single metric and tried to implement a policy to issue corrective actions of an employee doesn't meet it without offering any additional support They have ridiculous standards for advisors that senior OMs cannot even live up to. They are very corrective action oriented in that they take the most lazy way out of everything by threatening corrective action for everything.... Please just save yourself the mental stress of working for them and go somewhere that treats you like a human and adult, this place treats advisors like children that can't manage themselves without every aspect of their day being micromanaged They use a "flex" title for supervisors so they can sit them back down at will which DOES result in them also removing any additional income you were earning.. They will also try to convince regular advisors who gave previously been sups to "watch" teams while other flex sups are out .. But the do not pay the flex sup rate They have been cutting our hours ever single paycheck between 2-16hrs each paycheck since May of this year

Error in crediting salary. Missing, carelessness, ongoing negligence in calculation of allowance, 70% of time got incorrect amount and dues pending. Took a lot of time for follow ups. To make matters worse, even the last working day resignation date was provided with wrong YEAR. All these inefficiencies only applies to HR INDIA.
