Salary on time. Systematic approach of work.

Dislikes

Particularly in Purchase department, the work pressure is too high. The lady who is VP of operations is from non technical background so it makes tough for technical person to deal with her. And that create unnecessary pressure on employee. Also the company want you to seat even after 6 though you complete your 8 hours of working.
