Poor Leadership in India/Chennai. Upper hand to long term employees. Not updated with technologies. Service based company mindset

Not just work and learning is focussed on... Rather a complete environment where get-togethers, events like sports and festivals gets attention too. None the less a lot other benefits are being shared.
