Don't even think of joining them.
Very much ignorant towards employees.
No career growth hence no pay.
They lure you with their sugar coated words to pull you into the trap of their superficial fancy identity.
It's not worth it.
Reports and Business analysis. Employee welfare policy.

No Dislike. i have opinion.
Communication of Unit and Corporate office. Ground level Survey, Fuels Reports, Fuels Statement from Unit. The above points need to be taken care of by Third-party Audit as it may be changing the culture.
Please do not apply here. They hired my friend in the accounts department and on the day of joining after waiting a full day they said GM had not informed owners about your joining so now you are unemployed. She is a very nice and needy one so didn't excuse and started to look for a new job. They are doing scheme with employees. A new front office manager and GM also left the job.
Well in a nutshell I feel the company is Spineless, I understand that the Brand's operate with a backup of Property owners and investors, but professionally you need to put your foot down for things which are wrong, rather than nodding and taking no action. There's extreme negative wave at all levels because the Franchise fees or management fees is really low they have been able to sign so many more hotels. The few so called leaders in the company are actually good for nothing who create an absolute disconnect between the unit and area office and the investors which leads to more superficial expectations for all. And hence this particular unit has been like this. Also in the overall system I doubt if there is any scope of improvement cause the top management would only dance to the tunes of the Lala.
