personally think concerns of agents should be given some weightage while planning tthe odd hours shift. Business requirements can be taken care even if the agents start their shift from 10 pm and I don't think it's necessary that business requirements can only be met when the agents have tologin anyhow sharp at 12 am and that too for 4 months in a row. That takes some toll on the well being of the agents.

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

Good opportunity for the freshers to get the exposure of the mnc company and their culture, and also earn incentives, good amenities and facilities

Dislikes

Management is a big failure, no promotion, salary is too less to survive, company is only good for taking an experience. People working in this company from so many years are dumb and they are out of there mind, living a delusional life.

Nothing is there to like. only you will get the salary on time.

During the hiring process, promises were made that were not kept. The salary is insufficient for the workload, and there is no clear future growth within the company. If you stand up for your rights against management, they will often create problems for you, harassing or even blackmailing you. In the end, you either have to resign or be terminated. There is no job security here.
