Worst management No salary hike no growth My career level got changed also position got changed from Agent to Subject Matter expert but still no hike. Wow after putting efforts for 2 years my salary is still same. Ok now I decided to change the company for same domain and also same client. 1st round cleared 2nd round cleared But 3rd round HR called me saying that we don't hire employees from concentrix. First i thought that the other companies didn't like my profile but later I got to know that our Beautiful Company called "Concentrix Private limited" has escalated mails to other companies saying that don't hire the candidates from our company because it is affecting our reputation. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

... a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Computer's equipments were not working properly and even they didn't correct them.
