Worst management No salary hike no growth My career level got changed also position got changed from Agent to Subject Matter expert but still no hike. Wow after putting efforts for 2 years my salary is still same. Ok now I decided to change the company for same domain and also same client. 1st round cleared 2nd round cleared But 3rd round HR called me saying that we don't hire employees from concentrix. First i thought that the other companies didn't like my profile but later I got to know that our Beautiful Company called "Concentrix Private limited" has escalated mails to other companies saying that don't hire the candidates from our company because it is affecting our reputation. It's good organization organization anyone who is starting their career as a fresher and want to explore new options in various profiles. As it gives a platform and opportunity for growth.

Dislikes

Compensation and Benefits are way less than other reputed MNC's and perks are way less too. People do not get appropriate appreciation as they are worthy and deserved.

The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

Dislikes

.... She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company.

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.
