...supervisors actually. No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. If you raise complaint against any senior you will be barred for promotions etc. Office cabs take atleast 1 hour to depart after the shift.

Job security. Employees centric company. (just for show) Yeah 1 more thing - office politics is it's best. Double faced process DP & OMs (best in manipulation & office politics)

...ike a voice process. Very bad work life balance, no WFH or hybrid working model. Very low salary for a back office process. No shift allowance provided for international process.

Management is not supportive not even Hr. Job security is not there they can fire you whenever they feel you are not enough.. they will not give you time to prove yourself or give time to correct your mistake. You can't balance your work life and personal life, randome shift changes will be there without your knowledge you will get updated a day prior about your shift.. and there is many more things to tell but I think this much is enough.

Growth within the organization is very poor..especially in terms of salary which each one of us strives for...almost everyday there is a new update..which is not easy to cope up as it may leads to errors ...apart from this nobody is perfect or clear in policies...deserving candidates don't get promotions rather there is a lot of biasdness n partiality practiced by managers...don't get leaves even if we are not well...

Negative Negative and Negative. Kolkata Location is Dead. Cheap Dirty Management. Only God knows from which College the management people cleared their Degree. ZERO GROWTH ZERO BUSINESS in Kolkata. MANAGEMENT is Worst filled with Cheap Useless Liars. Saurabh Marwaha, Ujjwal Mukherjee name themselves as Businesses leaders when they can't even bring Business to Kolkata. Useless fellows.
