...at organization level they care for employees, atleast they have been in past. Their compensation is good, their management is good Job security is good They invest in people Cons Some of the processes are struggling and if you are working in such process, they will try to mine out something from you which is failure at service level of product and they do not have guts to take this up with clients to make them understand that the product they are supporting has been going downwards due to the strategical operations of clients and customers service can not do much unless you improve your service.

Overall it's a good companies, but it is specific to some processes that They put their clients products failure on advisors sometimes. But still there is no hard feelings for company, I loved them while working here.

There is nothing to like about this shitiest company. Yes it is TRUE that they provide you job very easily. So one looking for job can apply here but while working their is nothing to like.

...days given. TL will ask you to come to work on festive holidays for extra pay I.e 800rs only depending upon your salary. No cooperation from higher management. They will ask you anytime to extend your shift. 9.5hrs of shift in which 8.5hrs is for work and get 30mins lunch break and 15-15mins break. And if you exceed the break you will have to extend the shift. Shift timings. No productivity left in life. Very low salary. Only the higher management is happy in this job because there is nobody to monitor them. They can do whatever they want. Roam anywhere at anytime. Take half day and go for team party. We as employees can only leave the building after shift end. Worst company to start career with.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.
