I only worked here for 10 days but really enjoyed... Little bit work pressure but they all helped me a lot and paid my full 10 days salary although I resigned on the spot.... Each n every member is very helpful and supportive .. Even the best company I have ever worked with.. No one can replace Concentrix... ☺✌ Thanks to all who helped me

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
