Managers, seniors managers ,T.Ls act very rude .They would not listen any thing from senior employees.They force for targets.if we suggest something,they feel we are against to them.they have to work on it.

Good place to bag some experience but very poor place for compensation and benefits, management always thinks from their end, they will never think from the employee's perspective. Company policies are quite supportive for employer but not employee.

I dislike team level management they always intentionally tries to pull down growth and supports people who are close to them and also who talks nicely to them.
