Started from induction. Cost cutting in such a way that no welcome kit, induction done virtually so as to save the cost of lunch as well. Worst management, training manager is busy going out & dating a female lead. Nothing is trained properly & in OJT from 1st day live calls without any support.

Concentrix will not ask people to leave once if they recruited them they try 100 percent keeping them with you although you are not good performer

Internal development in Company is zero only few people will grow very less even after getting promotions also your package will not be getting hiked much very less improvement will be seen transport medical insurance and internal benefits not good you cannot expect them even insurance will be nama ki vastha

There was no much to like in the convergys as they use to ask for more work and no good pay after having experience.

...re was a lot of mind games. In my overall tenure in Convergys there was no hike. I remember I did not get even 1000 rupees hike in my salary. There was not a single time company party or any engagement activity for the employees. Its the worst company I have worked and will not suggest any of my friends or colleagues to this company.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .
