There is no growth even after completing 8 years. Management level only gave opportunity to those who always are nodding their heads according to them. If someone is trying to learn something new then there is no support from the management team.

Concentrix is employee centric company. I learnt a lot things from. Here you always get a chance to upgrade your shelf and i think this is the best place to work.

I don’t think, there is something to dislike. However, I would say that salary doesn’t increase much here.

Management doesn't address our issues,very low annual salary incremental, transportation department is very terrible and HR are useless

This is one of the worst company. The management over here is pathetic and my team leader is so irritating that I cannot explain. They do not care if your mother is ill or any other family issues you have to adjust and come to office. They don't care about your exams as well. They again want you to come to the office. If you take any leave Team leader will take a session and will use such offensive words that I cannot use here. If you have any family issues or examination please do not join this company
