I would say in concentrix associate has a job security and company's policies are good. Teammates are supportive. Transport is free. If you won't take transport then you would get transport allowances every month in the salary. In vizag it is Rs.1000/- Due to this pandemic situation company helped every employee in terms of hospitals, oxygen cylinders, beds, ventilators, medicines and doctors appointments etc.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. Work is not parallel to the salary. W get paid less for the work we do. Even IDP and IJP they conduct very formally but they select people who already reserved for that position. This is not the place for deserved candidates. As a Senior Associate you would get lot of work from the manager by saying you would get next level or promotion but in the end they select people for IDP and IJP who really do not even do anything in the process except buttering the manager. My personal advice for the Jn. Associate or Sn. Associate this is not the place to groom or look for a career growth. It's just a waste of time.1

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.
