Concentrix is a great organization to work and you can meet with helpful coworkers too. Even manager's are helpful and friendly. Women safety and security is too good.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Very less salary and taking work like an labour + you never know when you are suddenly in PIP or PLA becoz of attendance and other things

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
