At the beginning when we used to work from home we used get aha amount which means for working from home we used to get paid a lil bit more where we employees used to get happy but now we dont get aha amount no proper ots no incentives nythng.

...s I checked the offer letter for my colleagues also there it was also 9.5 hours. We are also humans we can’t work 10 hours in that much low salary.
