Concentrix is a good place to work if you have no other open left as a fresher or have no other option left or for above manager career, good motivation among peer.

Joining as an admin is the worst experience one can get for a fresher ,totally unfair salary it's better to not work then get those two rupees salary loads of work pressure, no professionalism

Working for Concentrix is a great experience. Learn't a lot from this company like how to communicate with others. Job security was also good. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good.

...aws and immediately HR will be involved to take action as per disciplinary grid. There's no salary revision or hike at the same level until you get promoted. Be smart while discussing salary with this firm. Transportation department of this company literally sucks. Pick & Drop facility will really annoy you, as their decide routes are pathetic with less or no navigation knowledge. Too many meetings are conducted outside business hours. I don't understand do this company pay us for 9 hours or 24 hours job? After shift meetings are conducted and forcefully you have to attend them virtually...which means there's no work life balance. Most of the process have one day week-off, which is a big draw back. Weekly shift rotations is another disgusting point.
