...rview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. I want to be a part of concentrix again. I request you to please give me another chance to work here without any interview.

...se most of the employees living far from their home and didn't get healthy food. Also bit hike in salary because I don't like seeing employees leaving concentrix and joining other companies due to salary only. Honestly i want everyone should be paid handsome amount of money because our company will stay on the top.

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

salary is good & based on your capabilities you will get promotion for sure..job security is the USP of Concentrix(Disclaimer- seriously Non-compliance will not entered).. you have ample amount of courses to develop your self..Management is good(may be the process client is not good hence sometime Management got slightly hash)
